Step 4 – Draft Presentation 📝 You receive a draft presentation for review. Step 5 – Online & Marketing 🌐 Your property goes online and we start the marketing. Step 6 – Viewings 👀 You organize the viewings and handle them yourself. Step 7 – Negotiation & Purchase Agreement 🤝 We negotiate the best terms and draft the purchase agreement. Step 8 – Signing & Notary ✍️ The purchase agreement is signed and all documents are sent to the notary. Step 9 – Transfer 🔑 We assist with the process at the notary. Only after the transfer is our work done.

You will take care of the following tasks yourself: • Viewings • Final inspection • Key handover
What if my house does not get sold?
We work on a no cure, no pay basis. You only pay us when we actually sell your property. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel the agreement at any time free of charge. 👉 Only when you choose to get an extra marketing boost will these costs be charged in advance.
